This is achieved via a curb to back yard, room-by-room. We will offer you a detail report of ideas and solutions on de-cluttering, de-personalizing, accessorizing and organizing for all areas of your home. Recommendations such as painting, minor repairs, cleaning, as well as advice as to furniture placement and what furniture and accessories should be removed or put in storage to help highlight your home's best features to prepare your home for sale. A walkthrough usually takes 2 hours.

PARTIAL STAGING A less costly approach to a full staging, this service is extremely popular. We will meet with you and do an extensive walkthrough of your home prior to staging. We will create a homework list (and yes, you have to do a bit of work) to determine what needs to be done. We will offer suggestions to play up the positive features of the home as well as eliminating or de-emphasizing trouble areas. We will address all areas of concern. Then because knowing what needs to be done and actually doing it are two different things, Hyatt Staging & ReDesign. Inc. offers hands on staging for two of the rooms in the home. We choose the rooms that are most in need of staging and execute the work needed to get the home ready to sell. Partial staging usually takes 4-6 hours.

STAGING This is the most effective way to prepare your home for sale. Hyatt Staging & ReDesign Inc. will execute the work needed to get your home ready to sell. Prior to staging we will meet with you and do an extensive walkthrough of your home, determine exactly what needs to be done and answer any questions you may have. We also address any issues such as paint color, cleanliness or minor repairs. The next step is to return to your home and complete the staging process. We will work through the house, room by room, top to bottom. Using your existing furnishings (and if needed, bringing in a few items to fine tune) we create an updated and stylish look that will transform your home to show at its very best. A full staging showcase usually takes 1 day.

VACANT PROPERTY STAGING Don't be tempted to leave your house empty! I have personally learned this the hard way. A vacant home will feel cold and impersonal and the rooms seem smaller then they really are. New or vacant homes can be the most confusing for buyers. Most have trouble visualizing their furniture in the space. Hyatt Staging & ReDesign Inc. can create a show home using rental furnishings and accessories that will add visual interest and enhance the features of the home. The vacant staging package includes Project Management, Planning, Creative Design, Staging, Sourcing, and Labour. Delivery and Pick up of furniture, and accessories and De-Staging upon selling the property. Furniture rentals and rental delivery not included in staging fee.

RE-DESIGN Would you love to hire a professional decorator but your budget doesn't allow it? This is an affordable alternative to traditional interior design. This service is not only considerably less expensive, but also provides results that transform your home into a place you will love to live in. Redesign is a process by which one utilizes the existing client furnishings and accessories to provide a pulled together look that is the expression of the owner's personality. We will edit or suggest new pieces, rearrange or switch a piece to another room to create beautiful focal points in each room. This is an inexpensive way to get a whole pull together new look by re-energizing your furnishings and accessories. Re-design can take 4 hours to 2 days depending on clients wants and needs.
